I look into the mirror and absolutly hate what i see. This is my 2nd time that i have seriously thought about losing weight and with the help of everyone here i really hope to accomplish this before school starts mid septmeber. I really hope this will be my last time dieting in a long while.

What's your workout?
I do a 5.5% incline brisk walk at a 3.0 speed for 40 min, then I do 10sets of 10 leg squads, 5sets of 20 sit ups and 5sets of 10 push ups.
