I added non-fat yogurt and a little butter, and it was FABULOUS!! The yogurt in this dish tasted like sour cream... yummy. Next time I will add green onions and roasted garlic for a twist.

Could be a little more flavorful, but overall a really good, low-calorie side dish.

I would put one serving of WW cream cheese 1 point instead of the cheese, it was really good.

eh... definitely not potatoes... but for the points, not bad! I may try again with the light cream cheese suggested above... may be better.

I love mash cauliflower, but the recipe I had calls for SMOKED paprika. This gives it a warmer potato color and the flavor is awesome. You can get it in almost any spice isle.
