I'm Kelly. 46 year old English /Turkish. I am happily married with 2 great teenage "kids".
Here's my story....
In 2014, I upped the profile of health and fitness in my life whilst working less (previously worked too much to prioritise myself) and generally getting a better work-life balance. I used 5:2 to lose weight. It suited me! 5:2 got me into eating more healthily. I reached my original target (68kg) in December 2014.
Throughout 2015 I went over to eating real foods only and continued to work out and educate. All was going well but 2016 threw me a fair few curve balls and I ended the year up on my weight :(.......
So the dawn of 2017 sees a weight that I want to see no more....and the battle resumes ......... but I'm trying to enjoy the journey :)
I know this journey is continuous and wish everyone success with the little steps towards personal success.
