Hey Everyone

I'm Kelly. 44 year old English /Turkish. I am happily married with 2 great kids.
In 2014, I upped the profile of health and fitness in my life whilst working less and generally getting a better work-life balance. It suited me! I reached my original target (68kg) in December 2014. And since then have been working to little effect to get down another kilo! I will NOT give up!

Hi MizzyH
I'm British Smile and totally emphathise with the 'cups issue' - in my house, we have many sized cups and I know which ones I'd like to measure some foods with but I'm sure they're not the regulatory ones that the recipes refer to.
I am also a fan of 5:2 although I am doing ADF at the moment as I have a mini goal that I want to get to for 6th May and things were going slowly for me on 5:2..... but will revert to 5:2 when I get closer to my goal.
I don't live in Blighty. I am also a Turkish citizen and live in Turkey but I consider myself 90% English. Would love to connect with you Smile
