I'm Kelly and aged mid 40s. I'm a busy working mum of 2, business owner and wife who has decided that 2014 is the year to get selfish and prioritise myself more. I am eating and exercising to lose weight and inches. It isn't a race, just a way of life for me and I am enjoying the ride.
At my heaviest I was 84.4 kg (2010)
My goal weight is somewhere between 65 and 68 kg. I am not setting a time frame for goal as I don't want to set myself up to fail but I would love to achieve that goal in 2014 - here's hoping !
