I'm Kelly. 45 year old English /Turkish. I am happily married with 2 great kids.
In 2014, I upped the profile of health and fitness in my life whilst working less and generally getting a better work-life balance. I used 5:2 to lose weight. It suited me! I reached my original target (68kg) in December 2014.
Since then I have been getting more and more into real / natural foods and in late summer 2015 stepped over to eating real foods only.... now I find myself free from calorie counting and fasting and restricting. I eat more intuitively. Sometimes my weight creeps up a bit. Sometimes it goes down a bit but I enjoy cooking and eating and my brain is free from the worries and stresses of the eternal dieting cycle. Long may it continue! I am enjoying the ride!
