Late night cravings and binging
My two cents on this subject are this....the bad carbohydrates that are contained in most proccessed foods that I use to consume during the day even though I felt like I was not eating a lot contributed to my night time eating and binging. It is like an addiction the more of those foods you put in your body the more your body craves. It is an addicition to carbs. Now I am eating 6 small low carb, low calorie, lean and green meals. One every 3 hours (around 100 calories) the one lean and green is usually my dinner with family and this can be between (300-500 calories) by changing what I am eating and eating smaller amounts more times per day the night time cravings are gone. You can learn more about this carb addicition and healthy eating in the book Dr. A's Habits of Health. Good luck to you!

Cheese puffs or cereal?
The cheese puffs are a little dry, but good for when you want something crunchy. They don't taste to bad either. The cereal has a real strong sweetener taste that makes it hard to eat a whole bag dry, so I add a little bit of fat free milk even though I know were not suppose to. While their not may favorite meals they are a change to the same old meals that start to get boring after awhile. Hope that helps.

Who wears biker shorts under dresses? (can we talk about chaffing?)
I found coulotte slips (hope I spelled that correctly) on Romans.com website. They are slip material in a shorts pattern and you can cut them to any lengh you desire depending on how long your dress is. They are inexpnsive and very light weight also. I think they would be great for any chaffing problems.
