You will be surprised with this very good low carb recipe.
Ingredients
Directions
- Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth.
- Add cream, parmesean cheese and spices (Italian seasoning).
- Spray 13x9" glass baking dish with oil. Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mix over.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Spread with sauce and then add your toppings like pepperoni.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake till browning and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes or so.

This is great, almost taste like pizza if I could just get the egg mixture crispier. Love to munch on all day or have as a meal!!!

This was delicious! I added chicken breast & bacon to mine because I didn't have anything else. Very good & satisfying!

This sounds like a yummy recipe, but you should hold off on heavy cream, cream cheese, ect until at least phase II, and then only have it occasionally.
