Directions

  1. Spread the hash browns in a baking dish.
  2. Add chopped vegetables, sausage, and half of cheese.
  3. Beat the eggs with milk and season as desired, then pour over.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
