Homemade baked oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar and pecans.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into a sprayed 8x8" baking pan or pie plate.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes.
- Note: any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and warmed in a microwave.

Very good recipe! I made it for breakfast this morning and my family really liked it...imagine, my 8 yr old that hates oatmeal actually ate some and liked it :)! The pecans did the trick :)!! I didn't use water...I just used 3 cups of fat free milk...AWESOME recipe!
