Directions
- Heat the milk for 1-2 minutes in the microwave. Dissolve the cocoa powder in the heated milk.
- Starting with the yogurt, add everything to the blender with a cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Optional additions include a splash of vanilla flavoring.
- Note: great for Phase 1 Fat Smash diet.
