All I can say is OH MY GOSH!!! This is my new favorite dessert...In fact, I'm only on the second week of phase 1 and this has been the ONLY dessert I have splurged on. I have to say this was amazing. I stole Robli's idea and took the single serving No sugar added fudgiscle and put peanut butter on it and cool whip and stuck it back in the freezer for 10 minutes....I sooooo needed something completely satisfying..THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU....AND the bonus was that my 10 year son really enjoyed it toooooo..Very good job Leann...Your my new best friend...hahah

I use Adams no-stir s/f peanut butter and I'd whip up some heavy cream too. Works for Atkins.
