Melted Chocolate Chip Ricotta

Served warm, this ricotta dessert is smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix ricotta, sweetener, and extract in small microwavable dish.
  2. Add 5 mini chocolate chips on top.
  3. Heat in microwave oven for about 45 seconds, until ricotta is bubbling around the edges.
  4. Remove from Microwave and let stand 1 minute, then stir, melting the chocolate chips.
  5. Serve warm.
