Black and Blue Cheeseburger Salad

A lunch time salad that uses leftovers.



  1. Tear romaine lettuce into bite sized pieces.
  2. Crumble cold hamburger patty onto lettuce. Add remaining ingredients and top with salsa.
  3. Note: also know as black'n'bleu cheeseburger salad.

Awesome combination! I used vegetarian ground meat instead and put it on the salad right after I cooked it so it was still warm-I don't know why it's listed as having so many carbs when there isn't much to the salad with carbs, so for those of us who can eat actual food-this is delicious :-P

Uses natural unprocessed foods that make it applicable for the Ancient European diet
I eat this all of the time but first heat my meat so that it is a warm salad!
