I want to be forty and fabulous! (and fit back into my old clothes again)

I have always been slim but was a light smoker. Two years ago I decided to give up, and ballooned by 4 stone in what seemed like overnight at the time! Finally found the will-power to do something about it. So here I am. Hello everyone.

Thank you so much for your messages. Nothing's working at the moment, but luckily I don't think I have put anything back on yet. Just can't get my head around dieting at all at the moment though.
