Black Beans & Corn Salsa Salad
Different take on a taco salad with lean beef, black beans, cheese and salsa.

Directions
- Brown and drain the ground beef; return to pan and add 1 jar, approximately 2 cups of salsa.
- Add to pan black beans and corn and let simmer for about ten minutes.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce topped with shredded cheese and ranch dressing.

Corn Is totally not okay for South Beach Phase 1. Read the literature. The recipe sounds delicious but it won't work for South Beach
