I'm 25, i started using this site a few years ago when my weight started creeping up from 130, which i had done a pretty good job at maintaining since middle school. My mother is obese and growing up seeing her weight slowly creep from 160 to, well i don't know but i pretty much assume she is two of me, I have been lucky enough to know at an early age I would have to watch my weight if I didn't want that to happen to me. I love this site and how it gets me back on track when I loose track of my healthy eating habits.

HELP!
I've gotten into that cycle, it is hard to break once you're in it, but if you haven't been to fast food in weeks those weeks easily turn into months. Take it a day at a time, and find other destressors to occupy yourself when you're feeling that way.... music, a book, movies, talking to a friend, giving yourself a pedicure, some bejeweled, whatever takes off the edge and gets you over that hump.

@kandha: most doctors just reccomend not to go under 1200, you are lucky you can get away with eating that much, i couldn't eat 2400 cal if i tried!

I gain a lot of water weight whenever i exercise, when I am training really hard I try to weigh myself only once a week, right after rigorous exercise your muscles will flush with water to eliminate the lactic acid from your body, and rebuild, it can create a mess on your weight history chart. But other than that, I wouldn't be mislead by what this site says you are burning with exercise, I find it runs quite high. And studies show that most people overestimate how many calories they burn through exercise. That green arrow just means you have a calorie deficit for the day, which you should have everyday.
