I am a 31 year old parent of two lovely girls who has always struggled with my weight. This battle has been constant...since back in high school and now, with creeping health issues and just honestly being tired of it, I have finally taken my weight loss seriously. I used to use SparkPeople but I found their app for my Droid to be unreliable along with just not really wanting to deal with the site since there seems to be so much complication to something that should be simple. I would go from using it to just not wanting to bother so here I am trying my hand at this site (Which was recommended to me by a friend so long ago). On top of utilizing this site, I write everything down in a little notebook to help me along the way. Hopefully...I can be successful this time around.
