feeling depressed
feeling depressed that i am not losing weight as fast as i had wanted it to. i know i slacked off for the last five months and cant expect to lose it all in five days, but still... its very discouraging. ...

Accuracy
Try eating more carbs in the morning and at lunch time then none at night, this helped me
