I had a year of feeling really terrible about myself and my life. At the time I lived in Nigeria. I have now moved to Ghana and am using it as a chance for a new start.

Where does it go?
For me spinach is a sure fire trigger to get things on the move! Unless I am uncomfortable though, I don't tend to worry about it.

I make a blue cheese dressing by melting 1/2 oz blue cheese with 1 tbsp heavy cream - sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen but it is delicious over salad!!!!
