Goal Weight

I am starting the challenge to loose 20 pounds in 8 weeks. My biggest problems are getting motivated, putting everyone before myself, and not caring what and how much I eat. Oh! I also love red wine and potato chips! I am hoping this challenge will get me to focus on my health and have fun competing with myself and encouranging others. Also looking for encourangent from others.

I am 60 years old, owned my own business for 28 years, married to my best friend, have no children, but love all that I know, connect spititually to God daily, once motivated to complete a marathon to raise money for a special charity and know that God has blessed me and will give me the strength I need.

Points
YES...you can find the points by putting the name of the food in your search feature found in your food diary. You can add the amt. or ounces to the right of the information, choose which meal and add it to your food diary. Hope this helps !

Culvers Salad
The chicken breast salad was about the only thing I could see on the menu that looked safe at Culvers. It was easy to find the WW points by entering Culver Chicken Salad in the food search in my daily food record on FatSecret. I didn't use that feature before and found it very helpful! Maybe I'll use before I go out to at the next time.
