Day 1
Actually, today is day 4 for me. I started Atkins on Tuesday. Have hip and knee issues so I have not exercised in 6+ months. Need to get back on the exercise wagon.
Ate appropriately today. Planning on incorporating exercise gradually.

I have been working on a target points calculator. I am wondering how close I am to the real thing. If anyone wants to share their height, weight, age, and current WW-plus points, I'll plug the info into my calculator and see if it is fairly accurate. I appreciate your help. THX
