I have a very simular recipe, called Salmon croquet. It only requires the
Canned Pink Salmon
Chopped onion
italian bread crumbs (or plain whatever you have)
yellow corn meal
one egg
don't pour the water off the salmon use it for moisture.(make sure to debone the canned Salmon and take off the skin, if it grosses you out like me.)
Mix all together and fry in Olive Oil(pam spray if you desire) same time as above or until desired goldeness. THEY ARE DELICIOUS! Me and hubby have them for breakfast with Rice, and eggs. WONDERFUL!!

Pretty yummy! I cut the recipe in half for 2 of us. If you do this, use a medium egg.
