Chocolate craving
Hershey mini's are 25 cal a piece or 9 calories per kisses. I love chocolate too, so I keep these in the house. It satisfies the chocolate craving and very easy to control the portion.

Hello
Hi, I started dieting again 10-24-11. I am 171 and am trying to get to 128. This time, I am logging everything I eat, which is making me more accountable. My motivation is to lower my BP meds. Even when my weight was normal I took meds. With the increased weight I have had to increase the meds. I don't like the side effects of the new med and would like to get off of it. I realize the only way to do this is to get my weight back under control and excersise more. It really helps to come to the FS site and see others success's to stay motivated.
