Turkey Soft Tacos

Delicious turkey tacos make a family friendly substitution for traditional beef tacos.

Directions

  1. Fry the turkey.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
  3. Simmer while preparing other ingredients. Chop tomatoes.
  4. Let each person make up their own tacos at the table with turkey, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato and hot sauce if desired.

This is very high in point value at my weight I have only 20 pts to work with. I definitely substitute the flour tortillas to a light tortilla and I would also change the cheese to a weight watchers cheese.

They now have whole grain corn hard shells which, upon reading the nutrition facts, I found to be better for you than the soft shells!! You can also use 40% less sodium taco seasoning!! LOVE IT
