Hmmm, what to put here?! So, I am a single mother with two wonderful little boys. They are such an inspiration to me and are trying to support me all the can. They don't like the reduced carbs, but it is good for them! I am trying to take back my life and let my body know that I am in charge, not it. I work full time for the Federal government and love the ups and downs! I have many wonderful friends who are supportive and I am hoping to teach my mother that she can live without the bad food to make herself healthier and be around longer. Sometimes I am not motivated, but at other times I am reminded of what I need to do for myself and for my children. I would love to have you as a buddy, I believe we can never have too many friends who are in the same boat and understand what is happening!
