I stopped doing everything that helped me loose weight so I found the weight again.

This FatSecret site is an awesome tool! I reached my goal weight 3 years ago using the tools and the fellowship of this site.

I'm 6' tall and I wear a loose size 10 when I weigh 165 lbs. That's an excellent goal weight for me. When I'm getting ready for swim suit weather I like to weigh between 160 - 162. I actually look too skinny if I get below 158. I loose my curves and look lanky in a size 8.

I am very impressed with the 5:2 Fast Diet!

Thanks Non1953, I don't mind my weight starting over because I'm just starting. I just want to keep my historical information for my Atkins diet.

Changing Diets and Historical Data
I would like to change diets but I am concerned that I will lose my historical information from my current diet when I make the change. I have roughly three years of data (weight history + food journal) from my Atkins diet that I would like to retain.

I seem to remember years ago when I changed diets, I lost my historical information for the previous diet. Is that still true? Is there away to preserve that data?

I was considering creating a new user ID to track my new diet and to help to avoid losing my data for this current ID, but that would be a pain because I would like a continuous stream of historical diet data contained under one user ID.

Can we be friends?
Hi Vivian! I'm sure you have a plenty of buddies by now, but it looks like we have the same amount of weight to loose. I'm trying to get myself organized, motivated and back on track after a 3 year lay-off due to life issues.

I need to improve my meal planning skills, finds some tools and prepare my meals. My excuse has been that I've been too busy to plan my meals so I eat out which is horrible!!

Meal Planning Tools?
I'm looking for a good meal planning tool that I can use online, which will help me track macro nutrients and generate shopping lists. I love Fatsecret's tracking features, but my downfall is planning so I am hoping to find a good tool other than my note pad to help me with this problem area.

What are you all using for meal planning?
