I stopped doing everything that helped me loose weight so I found the weight again.

This fatsecret is awesome! I reached my goal weight last summer using this site. I'll reach it again and I plan to stay there this time!

I'm 6' tall and I wear a loose size 10 when I weigh 165 lbs. That's a decent weight for me. When I'm getting ready for swim suit weather I like to weigh between 160 - 162. I actually look too skinny if I get below 158, I look lanky in a size 8.

What's an easy way to get more *protein* into my diet?
I use whey protein isolate powder which has zero carbs and zero fat. I mix it in water and I have 25 grams of protein without getting full. I usually use it before and after my workout. There are several brands, Isopure has one, and I'm currently using ISO 100. I love it!

Whats going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the same issue but I'm not concerned because the mirror and my clothes let me know that I'm getting leaner and my muscles are getting "toned". My over all body shape has improved greatly (smaller hips and waist) but the scale will not budge!

Vegetarian/Vegan Eating
I agree with the original post, I just have to throw some fish in there and on occasion some foul. I need to consume protein for my fitness goals. Recently I have switched to plant source protein powders like pea, rice, hemp and soy protein for much of my protein intake.

Weighing In
The scale can be a total head trip if you are working out. I like to use the tape measure, an article or two of clothing and the mirror to tell me the true story over the short term about my progress.
It takes my scale a long time to catch up with me when I'm working out. I'm adding muscle (which weighs more than fat) and loosing fat (inches) when I'm working out everyday.
