Chicken with Garlic & Parsley
Skillet seasoned sautéed chicken pieces.

Directions
- Cut chicken in to cubes, pat the chicken dry with paper towels and toss with the flour, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Cook the chicken 3 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add the garlic, parsley and butter.
- Sauté 1 minute and stir to coat the chicken with the pan sauce.

this sounds pretty good but I usually just put lo salt soy sauce and minced garlic on my chicken and grill it.Very good that way.

Good recipe! Only for SBD Phase 1, I changed the butter to Smart Balance spread and the vegetable oil to extra virgin olive oil.

Very tasty...even DH enjoyed it. Only thing I did differently was add a little water at the end to create a little more sauce.
