My goal is to loose the gut!

I started at 285. My goal was 250.

I made 250. And the gut is much smaller.

I've reset my goal to 225. We'll see what the gut looks like when I get there.


Dad with a family of four (+1 on the way).

I grew up in the country on a dairy farm and the Misses on a ranch. We're a couple of kids starting a family of our own.

I've worked as a driver, courier, various labor and some skilled trades.
