Panakuken

A puff over Dutch pancake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put a stick of margarine in 9X13" pan. Put pan in oven and turn on to 400 °F (200 °C). Allow butter to melt while mixing ingredients.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla till frothy.
  3. Add in flour and powdered sugar. And mix into mixture.
  4. Pour directly into melted butter in hot pan.
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
