QUIT SODA NOW & FOR GOOD
Guidelines:
Every day make a conscience effort to grab a water instead of that soda whether it be diet or not. (cause we all know DIET isn't really DIET) REPORT DAILY how you did. IF you did grab that soda, it's ok, try again and again until you can say NO to SODA. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!! no matter how many times you fail, that's not what matters. what really counts is how many times you pick yourself back up and get back on that horse. SO KEEP GOING. REWARDS: I can guarantee if you can go 2 weeks without soda you can easily lose 5-8 lbs if you are a heavy soda drinker. (I've done it before) You will feel less bloated and your belly.... it WILL deflate! I promise! :) ready? set? GO! we can do this!
