Hello I am a 30 year old wife and mother of five lil monsters that are my world. I love the country life and sitting on my front porch enjoying the night with the hubby. I was not heavy until I had my first child at age 18. Before then I was always slim. But oh course I thought I was fat like so many stupid kids do. Well over the years of having the babies I gained more and more weight. I was married for almost 10 yrs to a man that made me very unhappy so I stopped caring about myself and didnt care about what I looked like. I am happily devorced from him now. I found my childhood sweet heart in 09 and we are now married and very much happy which gives me the motivation and support I need. I have alot to be thankful for so in return I am going to lose this weight so that I can be around to enjoy life and live it to the fullest with my loved ones. Anyone is welcome to send me a buddie request. I know having support from ppl that care is very important



11/17/13 : Well here is my new start. I was unable to keep my weight off so after some health issues my doctors and I decided the best option was weight lost surgery. Nov 19,2013 is the date for the sleeve procedure.

I was doing egg subs but noticed that its sodium can be high and I seem sometimes to be looking for calories so I will eat really eggs. Somtimes I will dice potatoe,really eggs and slice of low cal cheese and it usually is under 300 cals for breakfast. Smile

weight loss surgery
Much agreed. I also know how hard it is with a starting weight of 321. I thought to myself I wanted the weight loss surgury because I didnt believe in myself either and was depressed that I would always be over weight. I am prod to say my buddies on here have help me to lose 12 lbs so far and I am more motivated then ever. I wish you the best and also if you want you can add me to your buddy list. The more support the better. No matter what your decision is we be there for you.Smile

Good sandwich low calories

Okay i have a question they say my recommended calorie intake should be 2800 so i have been trying to keep it under 2000. Is this a good thing i am doing?
