Tyoe 2 Diabetes
I too am a Type 2 diabetic. I have suffered for years with it. I have my counts under control now, but have permanent damage and issues associated with it. Control is number one, I am sure you know that already...I will try to help you out as much as I can. A nutritionist is the best person to help you know how many Carbs to eat for your lifestyle. I have an active lifestyle on my job...but on my days off, not so much, though I try to stay as active.
