I am a 47 yr old waitress/bartender (have been doing this job since i was 14) and on my weight loss journey i have been as high as 240 lbs (when i began Atkins back in 2005) I lost 108 lbs, then went off Atkins and began eating like it was my last day on earth. I am also a recovering alcoholic, and really packed the pounds back on when i quit drinking, as sugar and starch became my new drug. I was able to rein myself in at 168 lbs, and began Atkins over again; i feel so much better and my legs and feet have stopped hurting already. My goal is 135 lbs...i WILL make it there!!
