A low carb, low calorie and high fiber alternative to pasta.
Ingredients
Directions
- Boil a quart of water in a pot, add salt. Shred cabbage and add to boiling water.
- Cook until tender-soft. Drain in a colander.

Made for family tonight, as used too many points on yummy black bean brownies (oopsies!) Super yummy! Cut up onions and zuch's. After sauteeing in water, added to spaghetti sauce. Only one point for sauce on top of 0 point cabbage! Great idea!

I tried this tonight and was really happy with it. I topped it off with turkey spaghetti sauce. The cabbage had the same texture as pasta.

I used this recipe and topped it with alfredo sauce and scallops. It was great and I didn't even feel guilty afterwards.

very satisfying, the zero points in the cabbage allows room for extra protein
