How long for sugar to leave the body
yup,, I have said it 100 times,,they want us Fat and Sick so the Doctors and the Drug company's can profit off of us .. you don't believe me just look around,, a Rite Aid/Walgreen on every street corner ,, A stand alone Dialysis office on every other . Call me Crazy but that's my opinion of it all .

Off to a good start
Little secret about Atkins ,, its a lifestyle not a diet . processed carbs are a No No on any WOE if you ask me,, anyone is going to gain back everything they lost if they go back to eating them . I know from first hand experience as well as watching tons of ppl do the same thing .
