Hi,
I am 54 years old,divorced after many years of marriage, and a grandma. I started the Atkins Diet about 10 years ago. It has been good for me.I was never really overwieght, but always struggled staying at the weight I wanted to be without being hungry all the time.
I have 3 sons, and 6 granchildren, all age 7 and under.
I work part-time 12hr. shifts at a Retirement Community.
