what a neat concept...I am hosting a brunch in a couple weeks and this will definitely make the "egg portion" alot easier...can make each one individual for a made to order but do it all at once timing. Next time going to use bacon bits, veggies, and sausage slices alternately! Thanks cbella!

I replaced Half&Half with Heavy Whipped Cream, and it was still delicious. Maybe add a bag of splenda just to boost a hint of sweetness? Love the textures of the combination of cheese and onion. It melt in your mouth!

I made these and used egg whites in lieu of a couple of the eggs and also mixed in mushrooms, green peppers and a few teaspoons of bacon bits. I then freeze them and take them for a quick and easy breakfast at work. Very good.
