When you feel like cheating make a positive statement.

Guidelines:
When a negative thought comes into your mind during the day, picture a red stop sign in your mind or say STOP in your mind and replace the negative thought with a positive one. EX: I can do this and I don't want to cheat and ruin my diet.

Guidelines:
When negative self talk comes into your life, picture chasing it away and replace it with a positive statement. EX: I will feel good about myself and physically feel good after I do my exercise.
