Hey guys! Well, im from ireland, I'm 22 and a proud mum of a beautiful 1 year old boy! When I was younger I never had any problem with my weight and definitely took for granted that I could eat what I wanted, but since I became pregnant and since I've had my little boy I find the weight doesn't shift easily anymore.. I tend to eat mindlessly during the day, ive got into serious bad habits, and as my son demands a lot of attention during the day it is very hard to get in a workout unless I stay up late/get up very early..! I've finally decided my habits need to change..I have a very small frame and am only about 5ft so any excess weight makes me look very over-weight, and I've decided it stops here!!
So anyone looking for a buddy for support let me know, I could do with you too!!:)
