protein pancakes
you gonna need some sort of bulk in it! I'm not sure what sort of diet you're following, but you could add cream cheese, or banana, if you eat them, or something else that you like that gives you that sort of texture.

Fat fast support
yes, i did five day fasts twice before. fatty cuts of meat are also good. pork belly, 80% minced beef. Brie cheese. cold cuts with chunks of butter. smoked salmon roll ups with cream cheese. Cream cheese with sweetener and cinnamon. Cooked Streaky bacon with melted cheese roll ups. Might add a bit of variety! When I did the fast, I did around 90% fat. I wasn't hungry. I lost about 2 kg each time, but I'm not overweight, I was just trimming up for a special event. If you have more to lose, you should drop more pounds than that. Hope it helps!
