you can actually get net carb values. Just select for it in the settings of your food diary. And your net carbs were under 20, so you were ok there.

I hope you and your daughter-in-law have someone to talk to. That's way more important. I hope you can find some sort of peace-of mind again.
Go out for a walk, volunteer or take up a hobby. As for your weight struggles, as you say, don't worry too much about it. Of course you want to be healthy, so eat well and balanced, but don't add more stress for yourself. I think it's more important for you to take a wee breather and find your feet again. I would just say, don't eat any junk and love your fruit and veg, and the rest should follow. Be well, you!
