Posting my food
I am now back with fatsecret and I do not post my weight on a daily basis as I don't care about weight. I am more interested in posting my food and trying to keep my calories below 2,000 per day.

I'll be able to fit into that dress someday
Good job and of course you will be in that dress and just think how happy you will be when you get there. Keep up the good work.

3000 Calories? Really?!?
3000 sounds a bit high but tinker with it and slowly very slowly lose the weight and remember it is a daily event to write and journalize on this web site to lose weight. You tained the weight slowly now you can lose it slowly. One pound per week is my goal and it will take me a year to get to my weight but that is fine with me.

new to the sight
I have a phone and dial in to Fatsecret in the morning and at night and you don't miss much and you would be surprised after a while tha tyou continually eat the same foods. Today is a great day for you so just keep going and the weight will melt off. I have lost over 50 pounds on this site so you can do it also. Good luck.

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
If you have a gym membership do not worry about it and people are not really looking at you they are in their own head and thinking of what they should be doing. I have alot of regret when I am lifting weights as I feel like I am so weak. When I was younger I was buff and strong and could really push the iron now I am old and fat and trying to lose weight and tone up. Just keep on going to the gym and lifting as much as possible and you will be fine.
