Now that I'm here, I don't like it! I've been fit all my life, but as time as gone on, so have the pounds, little by little. Now I'm at a point where it's just got to come off!

I like being able to use my smart phone to keep track of anything - and now to be able to put the fat secret app onto it, just makes it more fun.

I live in north Scottsdale, Arizona with my family and horses. We ride as often as possible, if only those pesky things like jobs and repsonsibilties would stop getting in the way, I'd ride even more!

My goal is to lose 60 pounds - I can't believe I need to lose that much weight!

RE: 1000 calorie issue.

I have to agree with Chickie9999 - everyone is different. Body chemistry is as different to individuals as the color of eyes can be.

Ask the people around you what kind of pain relievers work for them and what doesn't. It all comes down to your own body chemistry. I have been known to get migrane headaches, and yet Excedrine Migrane doesn't work for me. Alieve, and an ice bag (aleve..?) does. Go figure.

I think it's more about the quality of the calorie than the amount. If what you are eating is good nutrition, but low in calories, well, isn't that the point?

Still, great information Ambition! Got us all thinking and motivated!
