I am a 52yo single mother of 4 (only 2 still at home). I am also a physician (currently in Urgent Care). I only had minor weight issues during most of my adult life, then menopause came and I gained nearly 50 lbs. I did WW for 10 mos and only lost 10 lbs, so I started Atkins last week. I had success with that in the past after my last child.

I love to cook and often experiment with recipes to make them lower in fat and carbs. For exercise I either dance (I'm especially into belly dancing but love all forms) or do the elliptical. I also do weights.

Outside of diet and exercise, I enjoy reading, crafts (especially crochet and beading), and my pets. Love sports and live music also.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I try to weigh daily even though I know those frustrating fluctuations will be there. I skip one or two days a week for whatever reason. My "official" weight is the average of the previous week's weights. I find that by using that average it helps to see the REAL trend rather than the flukes.

HELP with Mobile App
I signed up for the website and then downloaded the mobile app. However, when I first set up the mobile app it did not ask for my information so it is not tied into my website. Therefore anything I enter mobile doesn't show up on here, and vice versa. Can anyone help me with this. I've looked all over the mobile app for some place to input my user name and password but to no avail. The mobile app looks boss and I really want to use it but I don't want to double the work by having to reenter everything here.

Anyone with any ideas?? If so, sending me a message directly would be appreciated.

Where can the meals entered on the Android app be found on the website?
Can anyone here tell me how to link my mobile app to my fatsecret.com site?? It never asked me for my username or password and they don't sync with each other. I'm really frustrated trying to figure it out. HELP!!! Thanks!
