I am a Canadian living and working in Taiwan. I have been around the world teaching Children English as a second language. I live this gig because it gives me time to travel and I can set a large portion of my schedule throughout the day for the things I want to do, like go to the gym:)
I started in January and around March had lost close to 25 pounds. I went on hiatus for a while, gained back 9 pounds. No problem though. Part of the journey. There isn't a quick fix solution, this is a lifestyle.
Getting a new gym membership tomorrow and looking forward to the flood of endorphins to come my way :)
Im going to be starting my days with IF (intermittent fasting). I'm looking for a window of around 16 hours each day where I fast. trying for a 12-1pm start and 8-9 hour window of food consumption each day, which I can hopefully push to a later start (around 2-3pm) as I adapt.
Rock and roll. It's time to get a move on!
