hmmmm well up until February of this year I was going along well... loosing properly, focusing on a healthier me and generally loving my new lifestyle. Then of course, well you know how it goes... I lost my job shortly after moving house and everyday life took first priority!! I haven't gained all that much weight since then but I can feel it!

As for my new job, I am working for the main Government Department involved in staging the 2012 Olympics and it's a fantastic opportunity for me. It's long hours and I do find myself grabbing food on the go most days, and it has included dinners!, which is where my problems began again! (oh and also the staff canteen is choc-a-block full to the brim of sugary and fattening food!)

My life and my job have settled down slightly and I'm getting into a better routine again so here we go ladies... I'm determined to get the last few pounds off once and for all!

New to WW... points help etc
Hello all,

I decided to change from my personalised plan onto WW because I was becoming slightly demotivated to follow my diet well. Yes I felt great, yes it was working but I just wasn't feeling it anymore! Know what I mean?

So I've changed to WW. I've done it before in South Africa where it's called Weigh-Less - and it's a great lifestyle and I lost loads of weight properly. I thought I'd try it again but when I went to get out my books etc, they'd disappeared! Grrrr! I don't have the money to sign up the the online version and I don't have the time to go to meetings!

Can anyone help me start off on the right foot. I know how many points I can use daily, I understand about the 35 additional points that can be used within the week but I might need some guidence on following this plan successfully!

Looking forward to this change... it may just kickstart my body again!

Hoodia
Has anyone tried this product? I know about it because a friend of mine used it years back and lost a few lbs. (actually she took everything under the sun that year to help her loose weight and the only thing that works was Hoodia!)

I've been on it for a few days and I've researched it until my eyes have fallen out from reading the screen and it seems to be a good product but was just wondering if anyone acutally used it in their calorie controlled diet?

Morning Ladies and Gents,

My weigh in was the same as last week, I think I'm in definate stall mode at the moment so this week I'm going to up my calories and up my workout! Shock God knows I now have the time! Laughing

I just wanted to pop in and see how all my team mates were doing! Sorry I've not been on much this week but I do check journals and the treads often but just have no time to stay and catch up properly! Will be better this week!
