performance: losing 1.8 lb a week
hmmmm well up until February of this year I was going along well... loosing properly, focusing on a healthier me and generally loving my new lifestyle. Then of course, well you know how it goes... I lost my job shortly after moving house and everyday life took first priority!! I haven't gained all that much weight since then but I can feel it!
As for my new job, I am working for the main Government Department involved in staging the 2012 Olympics and it's a fantastic opportunity for me. It's long hours and I do find myself grabbing food on the go most days, and it has included dinners!, which is where my problems began again! (oh and also the staff canteen is choc-a-block full to the brim of sugary and fattening food!)
My life and my job have settled down slightly and I'm getting into a better routine again so here we go ladies... I'm determined to get the last few pounds off once and for all!
