Make sure you chop those peppers and onion FINE so that it holds it all together. I didn't and it fell apart, but it was still fantastic!

simply delicious! I added 1 tbsp of light miracle whip and seasoned them with a little salt, lemon pepper, and old bay. Loved it.

I added a second can of tuna because my mixture was way too eggy to hold together. It then made 6 patties. I served them open faced on whole wheat english muffins.
Next time I'll try to spice it up a little more. Definitely needs salt and pepper, perhaps some lemon zest or a pinch of cayenne?

I will only use egg whites. Otherwise sounds delicious. Nice change.

I would give it a 5 star rating if i could honestly say I tried this without my own additions. I tend to like my food on the spicier side, so I altered this recipe a little and all I can say is....WOW! If you like you food with a little kick, try this. Add-red white and black pepper to taste, 2 eggs insted of three, 2 tablespoons mayo, 1/4 cup Parisian cheese, a few squirts of hot sauce( i used sriracha), 1 pinch of basil and 1/2 pinch of dill(or what ever spices you enjoy), top with a small sprinkle of cheddar cheese and voila.....supper yummy!
