About this Challenge:
SO i wanted to creat an easy to do challenge. Our challenge will be based on points. Everything you do is worth a point. We will have 3 teams. To make it more exciting! Good Luck!

POINTS:
(points will be awarded for several different reasons and will be awarded per team not person. Everything is worth one point)
** if you log your food for the day
** if you log your exercise for the week - a point for each exercise log (exercise is important but not neccessary)
** 1 point for each pound lost
IF YOU GAIN A POUND ~ you gain a point back ... ouch.
Please be be helpful and upbeat to all challengers
THE TEAM WITH THE MOST POINTS AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE WINS!!!!

I'm not sure. Maybe you should update your weight for today since the challenge is now in progress. I noticed that you weren't listed in results page, so maybe that will work (?).
