About this Challenge:
SO i wanted to creat an easy to do challenge. Our challenge will be based on points. Everything you do is worth a point. We will have 3 teams. To make it more exciting! Good Luck!

POINTS:
(points will be awarded for several different reasons and will be awarded per team not person. Everything is worth one point)
** if you log your food for the day
** if you log your exercise for the week - a point for each exercise log (exercise is important but not neccessary)
** 1 point for each pound lost
IF YOU GAIN A POUND ~ you gain a point back ... ouch.
Please be be helpful and upbeat to all challengers
THE TEAM WITH THE MOST POINTS AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE WINS!!!!
