Lol During one of our visits to Florida where we were staying a tower of a place....so to prove I could I would walk the 7 flights of stairs to the level of the building we chose that year boy it had the beautiful views but I thought I would die climbing them ... at the end of the week can you say go Rocky..... hubby took the elevator he thought I was nuts ;)

Nicely done 371to184!! Unless we are an athlete in training, we will burn more calories in our daily activities (NEAT, Non-exercise Activity Thermogenesis) than in our exercise sessions (which still are super beneficial though). Purposely increasing NEAT has great benefits for all of us...lot of info online.

Wow! I use the restroom on the highest floor on purpose, and thankfully I despise elevators. I take the stairs whenever I can.
