I've always been an "all or nothing" person when it comes to diet and exercise. I'm either very good or very bad. When I am eating good, I am exercising. When I am eating junk, I'm a couch potato.

It's really hot where I live this time of year so I am not walking like I would like. I spend the somewhat mild early morning at the dog park which is good exercise for Bobby but not so good for me. I do have a treadmill which I find boring but am beginning to use again. Each day that I stick to a good eating plan I will keep adding minutes to my time on the treadmill.

I probably have 20-30 pairs of pants, mostly jeans that are 1, 2, or 3 sizes smaller than what I wear currently. And I only have 2 pair of jeans that I can fit into now. As they wear out I replace them. I haven't gone down a size in 5 years. I have lost 25 pounds or so at least 3 times in the past 5 years. But it will take about 30 pounds to get in to the next size smaller pants. I know it's usually about 10-15 pounds to go down a size for me, but I am wearing what I have pretty tight right now, can't face the idea of going up another size.

I'm trying to lose 50 pounds and once I do that I'll set the next goal. I don't really want to diet, just want to eat much smaller portions. I have exchanged the mug I usually use for my daily hot chocolate (don't drink coffee) from a 12 oz mug to 6 oz. That's one change and I'll keep on making changes for smaller meals with healthy snacks in between

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Right now I am posting my weights on Monday and Thursday because those are the days to weigh in for my 2 challenges. But if I am being good I weigh myself every day, sometimes multiple times just to compare my weight before going to bed to what I weigh in the morning. Usually, if I have a really bad day I won't weigh myself for a couple days. I weighed myself this morning after my "toast" day yesterday because other than the toast, I really didn't screw up. But after the potato chip binge it was at least 2 days before I could face the scale.

EGGS
I'm not sure what you are asking, but I've read that eggs are safe to eat every day. There used to be a concern about cholesterol, but I believe they have the "good" cholesterol. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure you might want to ask your doctor if it's okay to have them daily and how many. And even then you'd probably just have to watch how many yolks you consume.

Food Delusions
I try to find something positive if I eat something I probably shouldn't have. Will probably need to do that tomorrow. I am going into town for an allergy shot and plan on stopping and getting a Jimboy's Taco. But just one, at least that's the plan

Challenges start and end times
Does anyone know if the start times for challenges is in a specific time zone? All my challenges seem to start and end at 10pm. By the time the challenge starts I've finished all my entries for day one. In settings I've got it correct for Pacific Standard Time. I'm in Northern California
