Nips and tucks
I heard - and I pray I haven't fallen victim to 'urban myth' - that agitating the skin with a hairbrush can convince the skin to tighten. Anyone familiar with this (or, better yet, seen results)?

FS Exercise Calorie allowance is out by 1000 calories
I think @Diablo360x is correct... somewhere in the middle. I have noticed, for lower intensity activities that I do, that (when compared to three other online calculators) FS will overestimate on some activities and UNDER-estimate on others. It's a roll of the dice. If you KNOW what you burnt, tweak the time FS states you need to do in order to get the calories burned to reflect in the Diet Calendar. IMHO.

Agree COMPLETELY with @Jipper500 - without knowing what's going on there (and reveal indicators via full blood/serum panel), you're really rolling the proverbial dice.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Since I "tape" myself every-other-day, if I have a suspicion (between my weekly weigh-ins) I step on the scale for an interim weigh-in.
