I'm a mom of three wonderful daughters, a full time student, four years divorced, and finally focusing on me! I've been up and down with my weight for the last 18 years. Every time I lost, I would re-gain and every time I would gain even more. Injuries also added to my weight fluctuating, as well as being in a marriage that wasn't the healthiest. I've always been a healthy eater, cook, and shopper. My biggest downfall was snacking on high sugar, high carb food. In the last 4 years I allowed myself to really indulge and had almost no regard for excercise or diet. I am re focused and on a new path now, both health wise, emotionally, and in many other areas of my life. I am excited for this new "beginning" in my life and where I'll land. I know it won't always be easy or smooth but I'm looking forward to it all.
