Greetings my Buddies!
I went today to my annual doctor visit and it was...shockingly good?
I KNOW my health and fitness is excellent but I figured the ex-military doctor would tell me, "You are still too fat and need to lose weight."
BUT, he did not mention it! In fact he said, "Your weight is good as I can see you have kept off all that weight you lost."
I had given him a written sheet outlining my usual caloric intake and food plan, my exercise regime, and my medications list. He was happy with it.
AND, my blood pressure is "excellent" and doctor said my resting heart rate was "amazing."
THIS is what exercise can do for us!
So, CONSISTENCY remains the word of the week.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
